Project Manager

Your tasks

  • Independent project management of live events (trade fairs, roadshows, etc.).

  • Budgeting, planning, implementation and evaluation of projects.

  • Organization and optimization of the projected processes.

  • Creation of presentations / concepts according to customer briefing.

  • Implementation and support of events on site.

  • Preparation of reports, calculations & cost settlements.


  • have completed training (crafts or event) or a degree in communications or a comparable commercial qualification.

  • have at least 3 years of comparable professional experience.

  • have experience in managing, controlling and monitoring projects.

  • have a sense of responsibility, a hands-on mentality, creativity, experience in developing concepts and organizational skills.

  • have strong communication skills and experience in dealing with service providers and customers.

  • are confident, with a convincing appearance at customer meetings.

  • are experienced in using project planning and control tools.

  • have very good German and good English skills.

  • Driving license, class B
