Your tasks

  • Collection of master data and data maintenance

  • Quotation preparation and order processing

  • Support with preliminary and subsequent calculations

  • Processing of incoming and outgoing mail

  • Assistance with telephone customer service


  • have a commercial training or have already gained experience in this field.

  • have a friendly and obliging demeanor towards business partners and colleagues.

  • are responsible, have strong communication skills and are able to think outside the box.

  • are familiar with common MS Office products.

  • have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
