• Planning, organization and monitoring of the entire production process

• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and production targets

• Leadership and motivation of the production and workshop team

• Optimizing processes to increase efficiency and cost effectiveness

• Responsible for compliance with safety regulations and guidelines

• Creation of detailed technical drawings for production

• Creation of parts lists, cutting plans and production plans for manufacturing

• Coordination and communication with different departments to ensure a smooth

• Proven experience in a management position in production, ideally in the trade fair &
  Event Industry

• Strong ability to work independently

• Problem-solving skills and decision-making skills

• Very good communication and organizational skills

• Experience in using CAD programs, especially Vectorworks/Interiorcad

• Proven knowledge in carpentry and in the production of exhibition stands
  constructions

• Motivation, creativity and the will to create and implement new things
